1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Data Toolbox (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Data Toolbox provides a suite of developer utilities, including but not limited to data converters, cryptographic tools, PDF manipulation utilities, and local Artificial Intelligence (AI) clients. The Service is provided entirely "as-is" and runs exclusively as Client-Side web applications.

3. Privacy and Data Handling

Our core operating principle is zero-knowledge architecture. The Service does not upload, process, or store your documents, configurations, logs, or cryptographic keys on any centralized server. All data manipulation occurs within the volatile memory (RAM) of your local device via WebAssembly (WASM) and WebGPU.

Because we do not have access to your data, we cannot recover lost cryptographic keys, decrypt encrypted files on your behalf, or restore lost local-AI chat histories. You are solely responsible for securely storing your passwords and managing your local storage.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing the cryptographic tools or AI models provided by the Service in connection with illegal activities, malware distribution, or unauthorized decryption of materials to which you do not hold the rights.

5. Intellectual Property

The layout, design, compilation, and proprietary WebAssembly bindings of Data Toolbox are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, mirror, or repackage the Service for commercial redistribution without explicit written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. DATA TOOLBOX MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THEIR SERVICES, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DATA TOOLBOX BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THIS SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA LOSS, CORRUPTION OF HARDWARE, OR LOSS OF PROFITS.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as modified.
